New Client Surgical Procedure Deposit Policy


At Northgate Animal Hospital, we want to ensure that every pet receives the care they need in a timely manner. To help us reserve surgical appointments, we require the following:
  • A $100 deposit is required when scheduling a surgical procedure.
  • This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your pet's surgical procedure.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. With proper notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to your rescheduled surgical procedure.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if notice is not given at least 24 hours before the scheduled surgical procedure.
This policy allows us to provide the best possible care and make surgical time available to other pets in need. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
